Good health is the presence of vitality achieved by living a harmonious lifestyle. Harmony comes from a holistic approach to personal self care and is achieved by balancing a healthy diet with exercise.

For the past 22 years Sacha Fox has been a strict vegetarian. Her  passion for healing with whole foods has put her on a lifelong journey of living and learning the value and benefits of a Sattvic, or pure diet. A poor diet has a huge effect on your life. It drains your mental and physical energy, it affects your moods and it hampers the clarity of your mind.

Sacha loves any form of physical training from strength and conditioning to martial arts and yoga. She believes that it relieves both mental and physical stress, is a mood lifter and has found that when you improve your fitness, it boosts your self discipline, which you can then apply to other areas of your life. She believes in taking time every day to nourish the temple of your body through exercise in some form to get your blood circulating and your body moving!

Sacha spent over seven years traveling around the world from India to Hawaii, through Europe and North America practicing Bhakti Yoga, or devotional service. Living in an atmosphere of inner contemplation for a long period of time has made her stronger and more at ease with herself and with the world around her. She continues to be a student of life expanding her knowledge and practice base.

Sacha's training is well balanced with a mix of conventional and unconventional tools to help you gain strength, mobility and a healthy dose of mental clarity.  She is a functional trainer and is a certified Steel mace, steel club, kettle bell, and battle ropes trainer along with body weight flow training.
